How to Deal with Postoperative Recurrence of Adenomyosis?

Adenomyosis has become a common gynecological disease in today's society, and the etiology of adenomyosis is still unknown. The current consensus is that the uterus lacks a submucosal layer, so the basal cells of the endometrium proliferate, invade the uterine muscle layer, and form a lesion with compensatory hypertrophy of surrounding muscle cells. Typical manifestations are anemia caused by dysmenorrhea and increased menstruation.

Most adenomyosis surgery retains the uterus and only removes the lesion. According to the diffuse characteristics of the lesion, although the surgical recurrence rate is relatively low, there is no guarantee of 100% recurrence. But the probability of recurrence can be reduced from the following points:

First, regular reexamination after surgery. Regular reexamination can achieve early detection and early treatment. Prevention is an effective way. If you have symptoms of abdominal pain, you should go to the hospital for treatment immediately.

At the same time, it is recommended to take the proprietary Chinese medicine Fuyan Pill, which has the effect of clearing away heat, detoxifying, anti-inflammatory, and sterilizing. Women can control the accelerated and worsening of patients with adenomyosis and reduce and prevent postoperative recurrence of adenomyosis.

Second, pay attention to keeping warm and avoid catching a cold. The uterus's desire for warmth is urgent, so patients with adenomyosis must pay more attention to it daily. Don't only care about beauty and warmth when dressing.

Pay special attention not to blow the air conditioner directly in summer, and the air conditioner's temperature should be turned on at a reasonable level. Nowadays, in winter, women should pay more attention to keeping warm. It is important not to stay healthy as long as you have a demeanor and temper.

Third, you also need to pay attention to your diet. In terms of diet, patients with adenomyosis should try not to eat cold, spicy, and frozen foods because these irritating foods are not good for their bodies. Don't eat it, especially during menstruation or during menstruation. At the same time, exercise more, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, and be careful not to eat raw and cold food or seafood, and leave no more opportunities for adenomyosis!

Fourth, violent exercise is prohibited during menstruation. Women during menstruation are more vulnerable, especially patients with adenomyosis, who are often tortured by dysmenorrhea during menstruation. Violent exercise will only cause harm to the uterus, and there is no effect on exercise and fitness. Although exercise is good for the body, a lot of exercise during menstruation is not suitable for the body but only increases the possibility of recurrence of adenomyosis.

If you are a sports enthusiast, you can choose walking, yoga, jogging, and other soft sports during menstruation. There is no problem with moderate exercise without menstruation.

Fifth, adjust your mindset. Relax and often be in a bad mood, but it's not good for your health. It may lead to endocrine disorders. Adjust your emotions anytime, maintain an optimistic and cheerful mentality, and make the body's immune system function normally. Of course, don't be overburdened psychologically. It doesn't mean that doing these things will recur, but it will increase the risk of recurrence. Don't worry too much.

Therefore, patients with adenomyosis who have received treatment should not worry about whether they will recur all day and increase their worries. Maintain a good mentality and live a healthy life.
