More Terrifying Than You Think! Hydrosalpinx Is Quietly Eroding Your Fertility

There are many factors causing infertility, and the "big family" of tubal diseases reigns supreme in the world of infertility. Within this family, tubal occlusion, tubal impermeability, tubal adhesion, and hydrosalpinx all "dominate in their own right," with about one-third of women facing fertility challenges due to these issues.

HydrosalpinxandFertility

Many women are full of questions about these diseases, one of the most interesting ones being: Is the fluid in the fallopian tube really water? How does it occur?

Hydrosalpinx is a relatively common type of chronic fallopian tube inflammation. Following inflammation, the distal end adheres and closes off, allowing the inflammatory secretion of cells to accumulate within the tube, or acute infection leading to pus in the fallopian tube. After the inflammation is controlled, the pus within the tube is absorbed, eventually forming a water-like liquid, resulting in hydrosalpinx.

In fact, the so-called hydrosalpinx is just a metaphor; it doesn't mean there's actually water in the fallopian tubes, but rather a water-like fluid.

What Causes Hydrosalpinx?

Unhygienic sexual activity: Too much sexual activity or intercourse during menstruation can lead to infection and subsequently hydrosalpinx.

Improper abortion and childbirth: After childbirth, abortion, or menstruation, adnexal infection, adhesion, and closure can occur. The secretions from the mucosal cells accumulate in the tube, or inflammation of the fallopian tube results in adhesion and closure of the isthmus and distal end, gradually accumulating leaked and exuded fluids and leading to hydrosalpinx.

Infection from neighboring organs: Infection from inflammation of surrounding tissue organs, usually reproductive tract inflammations such as cervicitis, endometritis, etc., through retrograde infection. It can also occur in pyogenic appendicitis, peritonitis spreading to the fallopian tubes, and other pelvic reproductive organs.

Chronic fallopian tube inflammation: With chronic fallopian tube inflammation, the distal end of the tube can adhere and close off due to inflammation, with the leaking and exuded fluids gradually accumulating and forming hydrosalpinx.

The Harm of Hydrosalpinx?

Uterine Cavity Impact

It causes uterine hydrosalpinx, interfering with the contact between the embryo and the endometrium. During ovulation, hydrosalpinx may increase, leading to more fluid flowing into the uterine cavity, adversely affecting it. Hydrosalpinx contains microbes, debris, and toxic substances that can directly enter the uterine cavity, affecting embryo implantation.

At the same time, hydrosalpinx is often caused by infection, mostly ascending infections, causing endometrial damage, leaving a permanent effect on the receptivity to embryo implantation.

Impacts on the Embryo

Hydrosalpinx can affect the formation of the embryo, impede embryonic development, and the toxic substances from hydrosalpinx flow into the uterine cavity during embryo transfer, producing a toxic effect on the embryos in the uterine cavity, affecting their development, reducing their implantation capability, decreasing the implantation rate and pregnancy rate, and increasing the miscarriage rate.

Inducing Ectopic Pregnancy

Hydrosalpinx is a severe condition. If it is not treated actively and in cooperation with the doctor, blindly getting pregnant can lead to ectopic pregnancy, which can have a significant impact on the body.

Hydrosalpinx itself cannot heal on its own. Local chronic inflammation will constantly be present, and the fluid will always be there if proactive interventions are not made. For women with fertility needs, it's important to actively seek treatment upon discovering they have hydrosalpinx.

Natural medicine Fuyan Pill, with its effectiveness in clearing heat and detoxifying, promoting blood circulation, regulating menstrual cycles, enhancing immunity, and balancing hormone levels, can help alleviate pain and discomfort caused by hydrosalpinx, treating the condition.
