Why Are Underpants Always Wet?
Leucorrhea is a normal vaginal discharge, and the amount of leucorrhea will change with the menstrual cycle. Some women have a lot of vaginal secretions, and their underpants get wet in just a few hours. They even need to change several underpants a day. What caused that?

1. Vaginitis

Because the female anatomical structure is special, the chance of suffering from vaginitis is very high, which can be easy to relapse. Common vaginitis is divided into mold vaginitis, trichomonad vaginitis and bacterial vaginitis.

Generally speaking, you need to carefully observe the leucorrhea. If you find any changes in the texture, quantity or color of the leucorrhea, you should go to the hospital for a secretion examination. Then, according to the examination results, you can decide the treatment plan.

2. Cervicitis

Cervicitis is the main manifestation of increased vaginal secretions, sometimes just accompanied by yellow leucorrhea. Patients with chronic cervicitis can do HPV and TCT tests. If nothing unusual is found, they don't have to worry too much. They can go to the hospital regularly for a review.

Acute cervicitis is an acute inflammation caused by physical, chemical, or mechanical injury as well as pathogen invasion. According to the pathogenic bacteria, sufficient quantity and sufficient courses of antibiotic treatment are needed. Their sexual partners should also be treated if the pathogen is gonorrhea or chlamydia trachomatis.

3. Pelvic inflammatory disease

Simply put, pelvic inflammatory disease is a group of diseases that occur in the pelvic cavity, including pelvic peritonitis, endometritis, and salpingitis. Mild patients have no symptoms or only lower abdominal pain and increased vaginal discharge. Severe cases may be accompanied by urinary symptoms or fever.

In this regard, you can take the herbal medicine Fuyan Pill to get a cure, which has an obvious advantage over antibiotic treatment, namely leading to no side effects during the long-term treatment.

4. Cervical lesions

When the cervical lesions occur, such as cervical polyps, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer, it will make the cervical gland secretions increase or lead to abnormal secretion, resulting in increased vaginal secretions. Patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia need to do a good job of prevention, regularly go to the hospital for HPV and TCT screening, to achieve early detection and early treatment.

5. Uterine and fallopian tube lesions

Uterine diseases such as endometrial polyps, endometrial cancer, and endometrial hyperplasia can result in endometrial gland hyperplasia, enlarged uterine area, increased vaginal discharge, and abnormal vaginal discharge.

Patients with these problems should go to a regular hospital to do vaginal secretions, HPV, gynecological B ultrasound or TCT examination, so that you can find out the reason, and then targeted treatment.
