Should I worry? I had two irregular menses lately

11-2:I had my mense started as before
17-2:it should end up by the day but it didn't
20-2:It finally stopped
26-2:started bleeding again, lasted for 4 days
20-3:it didn't started till this day, lasted for 12 days
and nothing happens till today
