Why Endometriosis will Cause Infertility in Women?

Endometriosis is a complex and painful disease that occurs in most of women. In endometriosis, tissue very similar to the endometrium begins to grow outside the uterus in various places that it shouldn't. It can exist in ovaries, the fallopian tubes, the various structures that support the uterus or other places including the cervix, vagina, rectum, bladder, and bowel. Serious endometriosis will interfere with the various functions of reproductive organs and even cause the women's infertilities.

Why the endometrial will "run" out of the uterus?

Doctors still don't entirely know the reasons that the similar issue grows in those wrong places. But there are still some possible causes of this abnormal growing we can get from clinical researches.

This kind of tissue can behave like normal endometrial which means that it builds up and breaks down with your menstrual cycle but can't be shed with menses. As a result, endometriosis can cause irritation, inflammation, and the formation of scar tissue. Being surrounded by hyperplastic tissue, ovaries may be unable to ovulate eggs out easily which can prevent the eggs from being fertilized by sperm.

Except for primary reason, unhealthy living ways like having sex during menstruation or after a short term of ligation also can be the causes of this disease.

According to the statistics, almost 41.5-43.3% endometriosis will lead to infertilities. The clinical symptoms mainly show as follows: dysmenorrhea, lower abdominal pain, lower back pain, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, etc. Also, some patients will not experience obvious symptoms.

How to prevent endometriosis?
1. It's found that endometriosis is very likely to inherit. So for those women whose sisters or mother have the disease they should go to hospital to get an early examination and treatment.
2. Pregnancy is the most natural treatment. You can also choose to eat birth control pills but remember to follow your doctor's instructions.
3. Don't do any checks during periods. Exams like pelvic examination will squeeze the uterus and even cause unexpected bleeding.

How to get pregnant when you have endometriosis?

Most of time, women with this disease can conceive normally. But if you can't get pregnant due to endometriosis, medication either alone or in combination with surgery can often help you. For those people who want to have a baby as early as possible, perhaps they should be cured by herbal medicine like Fuyan pill. It's proved that herbal medicine cause little side effect to patients.

Patients should know that some standard treatments for endometriosis can either prevent pregnancy or, in the case of the hormone Danocrine, cause serious birth defects. Make sure your doctor knows that you are trying to conceive if you're being treated for endometriosis.
