Can M2 tone be used for the treatment of bilateral hydrosalpinges?

To answer this question objectively, we need to have objective and clear knowledge about both M2 tone and bilateral hydrosalpinges.

M2 Tone is a kind of western medicine that is widely used to treat menstrual disorders. It contains herbs and salts that correct the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis, thereby regulating the hormones responsible for ovulation and menstruation. It nourishes the endometrium and supports conception. It is sold both in syrup and tablet form.

Here are some ingredients of M2 tone: Usheer (andropogon muricatus, vettiver), which is a fragrant herb-root with anti-inflammatory properties and controls acne and cools the body; Kamal (nelumbium speciosum, lotus), which controls excess bleeding and supports liver and cardiac health; Jeeraka (cuminum cyminum, cumin), which improves digestion and metabolism; Amalaki (amla, indian gooseberry, and Emblicaofficinalis), which is an excellent antioxidant rich in vitamin C, good for healthy skin, hair growth, regulating sugar metabolism and supporting a healthy liver; Ashoka (saraca indica), which Has estrogenic effects. It stimulates endometrium and ovarian tissues and enhances ovulation and controls excess bleeding; Shivalingi (bryonia laciniosa), which Supports uterine and ovarian health and improves fertility; Shatavari (asparagas racemosus), which regulates estrogenic activity and at the same time correcting the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis promoting ovulation, cleansing the liver and increasing lactation in feeding mothers.

Hydrosalpinx is a distally blocked fallopian tube filled with serous or clear fluid. The blocked tube may become substantially distended giving the tube a characteristic sausage-like or retort-like shape. The condition is often bilateral and the affected tubes may reach several centimeters in diameter.

Hydrosalpinx often occurs after an injury or infection in the fallopian tubes. People who have gone through medical testing and laparoscopy came up with the result being PID with cornual bilateral tubal blockage

A randomized study has been processed by a few infertility specialists to evaluate the effects of M2-Tone in Female Infertility. In this study, fifty-five patients with infertility were recruited. Twenty-eight patients were administered tablet M2-Tone and twenty-seven patients were given placebo. Both drugs were given orally in the dose of 2 tablets twice a day for three months prior to the IUI procedure. The conclusion for this study is that M2-Tone has shown better endometrial thickness, endometrial layering and better color flow to zone 3 of the endometrium compared to placebo. M2-Tone as an adjuvant treatment inbilateral hydrosalpinges showed significant improvement in pregnancy rate. This beneficial effect of M2-Tone can be attributed to improvement in the endometrial vascularity and morphology in the subjects by its modulating action on the hormonal status.

Therefore it becomes obvious that M2 tone does work in the treatment of bilateral hydrosalpinges. However it is often reported that M2 tone brings new issues to women who take them. Issues like non-stop periods, severe abominable pain and irregular periods and so on. As for these cases, you can try some Chinese medicine which has the similar effects but less side effects like Fuyan pill
