The Non-surgical Endometriosis Treatment

There are usually two types of methods for the treatment of endometriosis, medication and surgery. And the doctor will choose the proper approach for you depending on the severity of your disease and if you want to become pregnant.
In common, the doctor will choose some conservative treatments as their priorities, and take surgery as the last choice.
Pain medication
The nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others) or naproxen (Aleve, others) are often recommended by your doctor to relieve the menstrual cramps.
However, if you take the painkiller too long, it is very easy for you to take more and more dosage as the time goes by, which you will find someday the medicine is no longer useful. And some studies have shown that the NSAIDs will have side-effects for your stomach whether the medicine can relieve the pain.
Hormone Treatment
The hormone treatments for endometriosis cure include Hormonal contraceptives, onadotropin-releasing hormone (Gn-RH) agonists and antagonists, Progestin therapy and so on.
By lowering the levels of the estrogen, the hormone treatment for endometriosis helps suppress the activity of the disease, thus relieve the some symptoms such as painful urination.
But the symptoms may recur if a patient does not use the medicine continuously, and some of them may be affiliated by the side-effects caused by the low level of estrogen. For example, some of the side-effects contain eadaches, acne, weight gain, vaginal spotting, fatigue and hot flushes.
Surgical treatment
This is the least wanted treatment for the females. But if you want to become pregnant, then surgery to remove the tissue at the same time preserving your uterus and ovaries will be a good option, because this increases your chances of success. The treatment usually includes laparotomy, laparoscopy and so on. With the treatment, the doctor could remove the abnormal endometrium as much as possible.
Surgical treatment is probably a good way to cure endometriosis, but it is also considered invasive because it is very troublesome and may lead to some of the complications like PID if not well treated.
Natural treatment
A study started by Chinese Herbal Medicine for Endometriosis, at Southampton University revealed that Chinese herbal medicine is more effective for endometriosis relief than mainstream treatments, because it can cure the disease with no side effects compare with other treatments.
The TCM Fuyan pill is a natural remedy for endometriosis, and it specializes in curing some of the common female diseases without causing any side effects. The medicine consists of many natural herbs which are very effective curing the disease. By working together, the herbs can finally regulate the menstrual periods and relieve the symptoms caused by endometriosis.
To cure the disease, a female must keep in mind that you have to follow the prescription of the doctors, and just within 3 months you will recover from the endometriosis.
