Hydrosalpinx is a distally blocked fallopian tube filled with serous or clear fluid. The blocked tube may become substantially distended giving the tube a characteristic sausage-like or retort-like shape. Therefore it becomes obvious that M2 tone does work in the treatment of bilateral hydrosalpinges. However it is often reported that M2 tone brings new issues to women who take them.
