What Should You Do About Hydrotubation?
Fallopian tube blockage is one of the important causes of female infertility. In clinical practice, hydrotubation is a commonly used method to treat fallopian tube blockage.

Surgery is a serious matter, and neither the doctor nor you should treat it carelessly. So what should you do about hydrotubation?

Based on the introduction of gynecological experts, women with infertility need to check for active inflammation of the reproductive tract before performing hydrotubation, including tests for pathogenic microorganisms in the vagina and cervix.

If there is inflammation, it should be checked again several months after cure. Patients with a history of inflammation should be treated with appropriate antibiotics to prevent inflammation, spread or infection.

Female patients should also pay attention to the following matters.

Preoperative preparation:

Patients should be examined 3-7 days after menstruation is clean, and sexual intercourse should be abstained for 3 days before surgery. If checked too early, the endometrium has not been completely repaired, and the gas or oiling agent in the examination may enter the sinusoids, forming thrombosis. The menstrual blood that remains in uterine cavity may be squeezed into oviduct, or fall into enterocoelia, thus causing infection or endometriosis.

In addition, before the operation, you also need to do B ultrasound examination to confirm that there is no pregnancy, plus routine leucorrhea, blood and urine routine temperature, and blood pressure examination are also essential.

The person that has the following conditions cannot do hydrotubation temporarily:

People who have uncorrected menstrual cycle disorder, genital tumor in the pelvic cavity,  urgent or chronic inflammation of the reproductive organs are not suggested to do hydrotubation. In addition, the patient that has serious heart, brain, liver, lung, kidney or other important viscera pathological changes also cannot do hydrotubation.

Postoperative precautions:

People should abstain from sex two weeks after the surgery, to avoid cross infection. And they may need to take antibiotic therapy to prevent postoperative infection.  Enough rest and healthy personal hygiene are also important to patients after surgery. Don't overwork or stay up too late.

If you are not so sure about the surgical treatment for fallopian tube blockage, you can also try the herbal treatment instead, which is safer in clinical practice. For example, the herbal medicine Fuyan Pill is a very great option for people to take to cope with tubal blockage. It is a natural therapy that leads to no side effects and can work well on the pelvic cavity and help to unclog the fallopian tubes. If needed, you can have a try.
