The Annoying Endometriosis--Know More About It

Endometriosis is a disease whose cause is unknown, difficult to treat, and prone to recurrence. The worst part is that it can lead to infertility. When a patient has the disease, it is best to start taking medication designed to treat endometriosis, such as the herbal medicine Fuyan Pill

The pill can prevent the recurrence of the disease by promoting blood circulation and activating blood stasis, but it needs to be stopped during menstruation. After being cured with Fuyan Pill, women can start preparing for pregnancy after a few months. And it can increase the chances of natural pregnancy.

Endometriosis is a common gynecological problem. Simply put, the endometrium grows in an abnormal location and causes pathological changes called endometriosis. The normal endometrium is in the uterine cavity and varies in different physiological stages. In sexually mature women, the onset of menstruation each month is bleeding caused by endometrial exfoliation.

Endometriosis can cause dysmenorrhea and infertility. Dysmenorrhea is a typical symptom of endometriosis and tends to increase with the aggravation of the local lesion. Because of the many clinical causes of dysmenorrhea and the misconception of many doctors that young women are not susceptible to the disease, the susceptible young population is overlooked. Dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis is usually considered to be secondary dysmenorrhea.

However, experts warn that primary dysmenorrhea may cause endometriosis, and the risk of developing it increases with the degree of dysmenorrhea. It may be due to the muscular contraction of the uterus during menstruation, which encourages the reflux of menstrual blood. In addition, some girls participate in strenuous physical activities during menstruation, which may increase the chances of menstrual reflux.

The disease can develop and worsen year by year, so prevention and early treatment are essential. Both parents and health care professionals should not take the periodic or non-periodic pelvic pain of young girls lightly but should actively diagnose and treat it.

In addition, some patients with more pelvic severe lesions may have prolonged lower abdominal pain with lumbago, aggravated by menstruation. Patients with ectopic lesions in the rectal, uterine trap, or posterior fixation of the uterus due to pelvic pathology have severe painful intercourse.

Infertility is another symptom of endometriosis. Some people do not present with dysmenorrhea but come in for infertility to discover that they have the disease. In patients with moderate to severe endometriosis, pelvic adhesions are more powerful and affect the physiological functions of the reproductive organs, such as the discharge or picking up of eggs and the operation of fertilized eggs, which are important factors leading to infertility.

Some patients with mild endometriosis have no apparent abnormalities in their pelvic anatomy, and they have regular menstruation and ovulation. Yet, they are still infertile, and there is no definite conclusion about the specific cause.

Laparoscopy is currently considered to be the gold standard for the diagnosis of this disease. It is recommended that laparoscopy be performed as early as possible in patients with significant dysmenorrhea and/or unexplained infertility. This examination allows direct detection of the lesion and allows simultaneous treatment by peeling out the chocolate cyst and electrocautery of the visible ectopic lesion.

The doctor will determine the specific treatment plan according to the patient's condition and requirements. Women with fertility requirements can try Fuyan Pill. It's safe and harmless and does not have to undergo the risk of removing the uterus with surgical treatment. Some studies have shown that adding the drug after surgery can reduce the recurrence rate.

It is essential to be active in pregnancy after cure, as the infertility rate increases with the duration of the disease and age. It is also believed that since medication for endometriosis coincides with the mechanism of pregnancy and pregnancy is impossible during ovarian suppression, early use of assisted reproductive techniques such as IVF is advocated.
